Therapy and coaching with Cheryl offers an opportunity to step back and explore your life with openness.

Cheryl takes a holistic approach, guided by her belief in the mind-body-spirit connection and grounded in evidence-based clinical methods. She also collaborates with other treatment providers, when needed. Sessions are varied, inspiring, and engaging – incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, and physical experiences, as well as more traditional forms of talk therapy.

Effective therapy or coaching doesn’t necessarily need to be long-term to make a lifelong impact. Just a few sessions can help identify the barriers that are holding you back, develop strategies to move beyond them, and guide you toward your most authentic self.
